Nabob Rummy TDS Policy

Applicability:

This TDS Policy is applicable to all users, including players and tournament winners, who engage in cash games, tournaments, or any other transaction on the Nabob Rummy.

TDS on Winnings:

As per the provisions of the Income Tax Act, 2023, TDS will be deducted at the applicable rates on winnings above the prescribed threshold, which is currently set at INR 10,000. The Company shall be responsible for deducting TDS from winnings and remitting it to the government on behalf of the user.

TDS Rates:

The applicable TDS rates may vary and will be as per the prevailing tax laws of India. The Company will ensure that the correct TDS rates are applied in accordance with the law currently 30%.

TDS Deduction Procedure:

• TDS will be deducted on winnings exceeding INR 10,000.
• TDS deductions will be made at the time of processing the withdrawal request.
• The deducted TDS amount will be remitted to the government within the stipulated timelines.
• Users will receive TDS certificates for their records, which will be issued by the Company.

User Responsibilities:

• Users are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date tax-related information, including PAN details.
• Users are encouraged to consult with a tax advisor or expert for guidance on their tax liabilities arising from winnings on the Nabob Rummy platform.

TDS Certificate:

The Company will provide TDS certificates to users in compliance with the statutory requirements.

Amendments to TDS Policy:

The Company reserves the right to amend or modify this TDS Policy as necessary to comply with changes in tax regulations. Users will be notified of any such changes through the platform.
